Our Transparent 4-Stage OEM Process
To ensure a smooth and predictable experience, our entire OEM workflow is divided into four clear, manageable stages.
Design Evaluation & Project Kickoff
Your Input
You provide samples, reference images, or ideally, a complete tech pack / design drawing. We also discuss your initial order quantity and annual forecast for better planning.
Our Feasibility Analysis
We evaluate development complexity, material costs, and labor to provide a preliminary quotation.
Sampling & Precision Development
Agreement & Payment
Once the quotation is confirmed, a sample fee and mold development fee are required to begin sampling.
Prototyping & Iteration
We produce initial samples for your evaluation. You inspect aesthetics, comfort, sizing, and workmanship, then provide detailed feedback. This iterative process typically repeats 2–3 times until the final sample is approved.
Mass Production & Multi-Stage QC
Final Quotation & Contract
Once samples are locked, we issue the final precise quotation. A detailed purchase contract outlining all terms is signed, typically requiring a deposit (e.g. 30–50%).
Mass Production Kickoff
Materials are sourced and production lines are set up according to the approved sample.
During Production Inspection (DUPRO)
We strongly recommend an inspection when 20–30% of production is complete. This helps identify and correct issues early.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Finished goods are inspected against AQL standards before packing and shipping.
Delivery & Partnership Growth
Shipping & Documentation
We prepare all shipping documents, including packing list, commercial invoice, and other required paperwork.
Final Payment & Delivery
The balance is settled and we arrange shipment. After all quality checks are passed, the focus shifts to the final steps of delivery and payment.
